Snack Ideas

Week 1 and always

  • 1 serving of Chia Pudding
  • 10 nuts
  • 2 teaspoon of nut butter on celery
  • Detox soup
  • Veggies with ⅓  -½ cup with approved dips
  • Green juices
  • 2 hard boiled eggs with hot sauce
  • 3 nitrate free turkey roll ups with a zucchini fritter
  • Roasted peppers with avocado and pink Himalayan salt
  • Grilled chicken with honeycup mustard
  • Pickles
  • Sliced cucumber with hummus and lox topped with everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Mushroom caps stuffed with chicken or tuna salad
  • Sauerkraut
  • Black bean salad
  • Crunchy tomato salad
  • Any of the slaw recipes
  • Chopped tomato, avocado, dash of sesame oil, everything but the bagel seasoning and red pepper.

Week 2 and beyond

  • Approved yogurt with a drizzle of honey and ¼ cup of berries
  • Any of the patties or meatballs are easy grabs

Week 3 and on

  • GG, Norwegian or flackers with Dips (week 3 an on)
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter with Mike’s Hot Honey on approved crackers (week 3 on)
  • Small carb savvy wrap with a scoop of chicken, egg or tuna salad with ¼ of an avocado
  • Siete brand chips and hummus or guacamole
  • Better Way brand whole grain chips

Dip options (All weeks):

  • Kite Hill cream cheeses or dips
  • Trader Joe’s, hummus, vegan onion dip, chocolate hummus
  • Miyoko’s cream cheeses or dips
