WOW (workout of the week): Week 5

After you warm up do 3-4x of each group:
Group #1
5 push-ups with alternating shoulder taps (push-up tap tap = 1 rep)
10 frog jumps or 1/2 burpees (plank and jump feet up to outside of hands and land flat footed)
15 jump squats.
Group #2
7 plank to forearms
14 burpees
21 dips
Group #3
9 planks jacks (planks and jump feet in and out = 1 rep)
18 planks alternating hip taps (right hand to left hip/left hand to right = 2 reps)
27 jumping jacks
Abs: 4x
5 v ups
10 full sit-ups
15 crunches
