Wow for Week 4

After you warm up, complete the workout below:
5 walkout push-ups (fold and walk hands out to plank and push-up and walk hands back to feet = 1 rep)
10 lateral plank walks (each way = 1 rep)
15 squats or jump squats
20 lunges or switch lunge jump
25 lateral squats (step to side and squat step back to center and step to other side and squat)
20 lunges or switch lunge jumps
15 squats or jump squats
10 lateral plank walks
5 walkout push-ups
Run stairs for 2 min and repeat 3-4 times
Abs:
5 V-ups
10 crunches
15 toe reaches
20 flutter kicks
25 bicycle
20 flutter
15 toe reaches
10 crunches
5 V ups
