WOW Week 3

Heading into week three make it your goal to try this at least once. ย It will surprise how much better you will feel getting your blood flowing. ย Even if you already workout add this little extra in 2 times this week and notice the difference. (video examples after each block)

After you warm up start your clock and for 8 minutes

5 burpees/10 sumo squats

5 burpees/15 sumo squats

5 burpees/20 sumo squats

And so on the sumo squats always climb by 5 reps

After 8 min : 2 minutes of ab work

10 double crunches/10 full sit-up with torso rotation

10 double crunches/15 full sit-up with torso rotation

And so on increasing the torso rotation by 5 reps

Start clock again and for 8 minutes

10 lateral plank walks/10 power jacks

10 lateral plank walks/15 power jacks

10 lateral plank walks/20 power jacks

And so on increasing the power jack by 5 each time

After the 8 min repeat the 2 minutes of abs
