After warm up 
Complete 3 rounds of:
25 – mountain climbers
20- jump squats or squats
15- dips
3 rounds
20 – plank alternating straight leg lifts
15 – plank jacks (planks and jump feet out and in = 1)
10 – lunges each leg
3 rounds 
15 – jumping jacks
10 – push-ups
5 – burpees
Abs 3x
20 bicycle
15 crunches
10 full sit ups
