For this workout you are going to start with a lower rep count and work your way up.  Try to continue to move through the workout with minimal breaks!  Can you work through this for 20 minutes?!

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Plank Jacks
  • 15 Plank Shoulder Taps

Work Your Way Back Down The Pyramid

  • 15 Pulse Squats
  • 15 Plank Knee Taps
  • 10 Reverse Lunges
  • 10 Lateral Lunges
  • 5 1/2 Burpees
  • 5 Pushup to Reach
