Remember your contest this week!! Trying a new workout and posting it on our fan page. Your info on this is in the email that was sent on Sunday night, and I will post it also to the main chat board on the page.
There are 4 short demo videos of some of these exercises at the end of the workout.
- Plank leg swings (straight arm plank and swing straight right leg up to right elbow and back then left = 1 rep). *VIDEO ATTACHED OF PLANK LEG SWINGS
- Lunges (right and left=1)
- Jump squats
- Full sit-up
- Toe pop (lay flat and pop feet up in air)
