Weekly Find February 26th, COCONUT CHUNKS!

So I was in Trader Joes and came across these.  I think someone posted about them prior in the group.  I decided to grab them and try them out.  Caren go to them first, and I decided to video her reaction…Priceless…
What we love about these chunks, is that its just coconut!  NOTHING ELSE!  So instead of buying a coconut, opening it up and trying to get all the meat, its done already! So easy and fun!
  • High in Amino Acids
  • High in Protein
  • High in Iron
  • Lots of Folate
  • Potassium rich
  • FIBER
  • Easy to digest
Coconut water is used a lot for rehydration after workouts (or a little too much wine!) due to its high potassium content.  So eat up and drink up!
