As you can see in the week six packet there isn’t an actual daily menu guide, this is done purposely. We want you take everything you’ve learned, all your recipes, tips, tricks and mantras and put them to work for you. Look back through all your notes, logs and weekly guides to put together what works for you. Your challenge this week (and there will be a winner) is to show us what you’ve learned. Let’s see what you’ve got!!! Thank you all for trusting us and following the clean cut way. We promise this is not only a weight loss program but a healthy way of life, including disease prevention, cell inflammation, heart health and overall wellbeing.
