Week 5 WOW – (Workout Of The Week)

Warm up and then do 5 minutes of:
1 – push-up
2 – 1/2 burpee (jump feet up to hands and release hands from ground, place hands back on ground and jump feet back)
3 – full burpees
4 – ย jump squats
After 5 min rest 1 min
Then do 8 minutes of:
5 – straight arm plank down to forearms and back up=1 rep
10 – lateral plank walks (see video. Each way is 1 rep)
15 -squats
20 -pulse switch lunges (see video) each leg is a rep
Rest after 8 min. Can repeat the first 5 minutes or go right to the ab work below.
3x 10 reps of each
Full sit up and reach overhead
Russian twists (sit in pike position feet off floor, spine straight and twist side to side (right then left=1)
Crunches
