Here is your week 5 menu guide.   This week is a RECHARGE week!  Usually around week 5 we like to bring you back a little and make sure you are in control and not having too many cheats.

We have never had RECHARGE week fall over Spring Break!!!! AH!!!

SO!!!!  If you are going away this week, we want you to do the best you can. Make good choices. Plan out your day.  PAUSE.  Make sure you balance your treats.  Think about the day.

And NEXT WEEK will be your recharge week.
