This week we have added a few vegetarian and vegan recipes. Plant based is a different way of thinking if you are a meat and potatoes kind of person, but give it a try! One day a week have a meatless meal and see how you like it. Pretty soon, you may find it will become a staple in your life!
As per the call, we are adding complex carbs (optional) every other day. Fruit as well.
