Week 1 Challenge Basic Information

Welcome to Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition!

We are so happy you have decided to join us.  The next 6 weeks are about changing bad habits, creating new ones and learning how your body reacts to foods.  You will learn to make smart choices and eat around “life”.  We strongly believe is science and education and want you to understand why things work for you.  Excited?!  We are!! GOALS of this program

1. Give you a kick start to healthy living and weight loss
2. Lose your bloat and get your metabolism back on track
3. Take the processed foods out of your diet and learn what clean eating really is
4. Eat smaller meals
5. Understanding fat ratio in meals
6. Learn to find time for you “Be kind to yourself”
7. Creating a new relationship with food

Each week, you will receive menu guides, recipes, an educational component, a video message, tips, hints, a workout of the week, and a weekly group phone chat with Lori and Caren.

Don’t forget to check out the IMPORTANT INFO section pinned at the top of the page for your basics.  Your weekly call info, contact information and important dates are all there.

Measurements

We also want you take measurements. You will find this sheet in your download section. The scale is not the only way to track your results. Measurements are a great way to keep you motivated.

We also want you to find a piece of clothing thats tight. A “GOAL OUTFIT”. Everyones can be different. It may be a bathing suit, a tank top, or a dress that has been a bit tight. Put it on and use as another guide. While you are at it, TAKE A BEFORE PICTURE!!!! You can do this in your goal outfit, or you can do it in whatever piece of clothing you want! Lets see those results, whether it be in a sports bra, a bikini or a tank top. Its a great way to see your changes! We want you to use these 3 outlets to see physical improvement. The scale is only one.

Remember, this program is about LIFESTYLE.  We will detox you from the bad stuff, introduce to foods that fit into your lifestyle and satisfy you.  We are really going to make you think about what and why you are putting certain foods into your body.

We are going to give you a complete infinity loop to your new lifestyle! 

Your word of the week is #DETOX

This week, we are taking all the bad stuff out.  Say goodbye to sugars, preservatives, and unhealthy crap!  This week you are going to learn about the CLEAN EATING lifestyle.  It may be a little boring for you, you may have a bit of a headache or feel cranky.  That is all normal.  The fog will lift and you will begin to feel amazing.  You will be clear, be able to focus more and get your metabolism rolling, FOR GOOD!  Feel free to reach out with a text to us with any questions or concerns.  You also have the private comment section on this dashboard for members of this current challenge, and also you have full access for life to the Clean Cut Nutrition Facebook Group, where you can search info and always bounce ideas off of former challengers.  You now have a community with the same like mind as you!

Each week will be featured on the main block of your dashboard.  We will move former weeks to a sidebar block so you have access to former weeks online.  You will also be able to print out your menu guides, workouts and recipes.
