Scheduling your day, may sound rigid. But I challenge you to take a look at how you spend your time. When you say you do not have time to prep or to workout? Do you really not have the time? Or are you choosing to not have the time? Break it down. Look at this planner, and really take the time. Make it your own with specific needs for you and your family.
I took this from a course I took with a billionaire online entrepreneur. He preaches time management and really held me accountable. And let me tell you, when i do follow this, my life is a lot less stressful and I get my shit done.
