At Clean Cut we are all about BALANCE and CHOICES! Today, we are choosing to snack clean and maybe have a fun drink! Maybe we will snack clean and have dessert! It is all about balance and choices here.

Cauliflower Buffalo Bites
- Once head of cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
- 2 whole eggs whisked
- 2 cups gluten free panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
DIP:
- ¼ cup real mayo
- 10 dashes of hot sauce
- And 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the cauliflower in the egg, using tongs to twist and coat each piece (do in batches)
In another bowl mix the breadcrumbs, peppers, and cheese
Toss the cauliflower in the bread crumbs using the tongs to coat evenly (batches)
Transfer to pan in single layer and bake for 50-60 min
Plate and serve, no real serving size just enjoy 🙂
