When you register for this class/course, you agree to the terms below.  

Agreement of release and waiver of liability for Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition, LLC, On-line classes and fitness instruction. IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CLEAN CUT FITNESS & NUTRITION. BY CLICKING THE CHECK BOX ABOVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

You hereby agree to the following: 

1. You are participating in the nutrition, health & fitness classes, programs, and/or workshops offered by Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition, including but not limited to online courses, programs, and live programming during which you will receive information and instructions about nutrition, health and/or fitness. You recognize that fitness programs require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and You are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. You understand that this activity will place stress on Your muscular and cardiovascular systems. You understand that You will only do movements that You are physically capable of executing. 

2. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in the nutrition, health and/or fitness classes, courses, programs and/or workshops. You represent and warrant that You are physically fit and have no medical condition(s), which would prevent Your full participation. You agree to notify Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition regarding any physical condition that You may have which could be affected by Your participation in any Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition course, program, and/or workshop. 

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the nutrition, health, and/or fitness classes, programs, and/or workshops, You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which You may incur as a result of participation. 

4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the health and fitness classes, programs, and/or workshops, You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any and all claims of any nature that You may have against Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition, for any injuries or damages that You may sustain as a result of participation. 

5. You hereby release to Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition any and all video photographs or media information taken at any Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition class, course, and/or workshop of you for marketing or instructional purposes. 

6. You understand that as a participant in the Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition courses, You will have access to documents, downloads, written advice, and other program materials that are related to the program. 

7. All rights, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Materials are owned by Clean Cut Fitness & Nutrition.  No rights are granted to you other than a license to use the Materials for Your own personal program, upon the terms expressly set forth in this Agreement. 

8. You shall not make a copy of any of the Materials, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, loan, or lease the Materials to another party, transfer or assign your rights to use the Materials, or otherwise exploit or use the Materials for any purpose other than as permitted in this Agreement. 

9. This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to any provisions concerning the applicability of the laws of other jurisdictions.
