What time of the day do you feel like noshing?
Find your patterns and change your routine. Tip, don’t make your kids lunch when you are hungry, you are more likely to grab a few pretzels in the process. Change the time of day you prep your kids if you find it challenging to sustain.
Going back to tracking your meals will also help with this. For example, every Tuesday you have a morning shake as a snack and every Tuesday you are starving for your afternoon snack maybe there is something to that. Change up the shake in the morning. Sometimes its your pattern of the day.
