This meditation is short, but I thought could help some. Melanie is an amazing yoga instructor in San Diego. I went to high School with her husband and they are powerhouses in the fitness world. I was listening to this and I thought of all of you immediately.
I AM. Think about that. I AM…what are you? What are you now, what are you going to be. Take 6 minutes, and embrace I AM. Find your personal I AM.

Thank you! This was perfect; my mantra for 2018 has been I am Mine (also one of my favorite Pearl Jam songs). I am focusing this year on remembering that taking care of me is just as important as taking care of everyone else. So a meditation dedicated to “I am” was so helpful.
