Each day you are going to do the same 4 exercises and TIME yourself
- Jump Squats
- TUESDAY: 10 reps of each, 5 rounds
- WEDNESDAY: 20 reps of each, 4 rounds
- THURSDAY: 30 reps of each, 3 rounds
- FRIDAY: 40 reps of each, 2 rounds
- SATURDAY: 50 reps of each, 1 round
YAH!! You will time yourself and post it to the NUDGE COMMUNITY each day. We will have a daily winner and a total winner!!! Best times win.
