June 12-June 16 your weekly fitness challenge!!

Each day you are going to do the same 4 exercises and TIME yourself

  • Pushups
  • Squats
  • Dips
  • Jump Squats
  1. TUESDAY: 10 reps of each, 5 rounds
  2. WEDNESDAY: 20 reps of each, 4 rounds
  3. THURSDAY: 30 reps of each, 3 rounds
  4. FRIDAY: 40 reps of each, 2 rounds
  5. SATURDAY: 50 reps of each, 1 round

YAH!!ย  You will time yourself and post it to the NUDGE COMMUNITY each day.ย  We will have a daily winner and a total winner!!!ย  Best times win.
