Clean Cut Shrimp and Peppers

This super quick and easy shrimp and pepper recipes is clean and flavorful with just these few ingredients!  Can be added over cauliflower rice or quinoa for a perfect meal!  Recipe and Video Below.  Enjoy!

Clean Cut Shrimp and Peppers

1-2 lb. shrimp raw and cleaned
3 bell peppers (red, orange and yellow) cut into ½ pieces (trader Joes carries these frozen and already cut!!)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika (to taste)
Drizzle of sesame oil
1-2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste
dash of hot sauce

Place cleaned shrimp in bowl add sesame oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and hot sauce mix in and let sit in fridge or counter, the juices from the shrimp will get expressed.

Add olive oil cook peppers for about 5-6 min (can add a bit of water if peppers needed)

Add shrimp in one layer and cover for about 3-5 min, flip shrimp and cook until tender
