Clean Cut Coconut Shrimp with Cilantro Avocado Dipping Sauce

Bring this dish to your next BBQ. ย You know you’ll have something safe to pick on and I’m sure everyone else won’t even know it’s HEALTHY for them!!

Coconut Shrimp:
1 lb cleaned shrimp with tails on (can use frozen bag, just place them in cold water for 5 min and you are ready to go)
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of sugar to cut acidity
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
rub on shrimp
Heat 2 tbls of coconut oil in pan
Cook shrimp about 2-3 min each side and DONE!!

Avocado Dipping Sauce:
1-2 ripe avocados
Handful of cilantro
2 tsp of olive oil
Juice of 1-2 limes
1 tables of raw organic honey
Pink Himalayan Salt and pepper to taste
blend in cuisinart until creamy
