Clean Cut Coconut Shrimp with Cilantro Avocado Dipping Sauce

Bring this dish to your next BBQ.  You know you’ll have something safe to pick on and I’m sure everyone else won’t even know it’s HEALTHY for them!!

Coconut Shrimp:
1 lb cleaned shrimp with tails on (can use frozen bag, just place them in cold water for 5 min and you are ready to go)
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of sugar to cut acidity
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
rub on shrimp
Heat 2 tbls of coconut oil in pan
Cook shrimp about 2-3 min each side and DONE!!

Avocado Dipping Sauce:
1-2 ripe avocados
Handful of cilantro
2 tsp of olive oil
Juice of 1-2 limes
1 tables of raw organic honey
Pink Himalayan Salt and pepper to taste
blend in cuisinart until creamy
