Are all Calories the same - calories in vs. calories out = lose weight?
Your body treats avocados and cookies differently. Calories are energy, but different types of energy. Sugar is quick-empty calories, and good fats are long-burning, so the total calories from the start are very different. That’s why only counting your calories or points doesn’t work for long-term fat loss.
