Cilantro, Spanish for coriander (the seed) is packed with vitamins, dietary fiber, antioxidants and is a diuretic (controls insulin levels) and the list goes one.  In just 9 sprigs of this 2,000-year-old herb, contains 104 milligrams of potassium, which aids in regulating blood pressure and 13 milligrams of calcium (you’ve got it we don’t need dairy for calcium).  It also has 62 micrograms of Vitamin K for strong bones and blood clotting and 27% of our daily intake of Vitamin A (beta Carotene-vision) along with vitamin C (anti-inflammatory), yes all in one herb.
